Mayonnaise

I use Winiary Mayonnaise exclusively, mostly due to its extra creamy and eggy taste.

Substitution

The key is to find mayonnaise that has minimal vinegar. This is very hard in the UK, and the only type I've found is usually among a Polish section in supermarkets.
