Cheese and Onion Sandwich Filler
A slight twist on the classic.
Ingredients
- Diced white onion (frozen)
- Salted butter
- All-purpose seasoning
- Mayonnaise
- Black pepper
- White pepper
Method
Melt 50g of butter into a large saucepan.
Cook 200g diced white onion on a medium heat for around 12 mins (from frozen). Add 1tsp all-purpose seasoning and mix well once cooked.
Grate around 100g of red leicester cheese and mix in 200ml of mayonnaise. Add in the cooked white onion and mix thoroughly.
